Welcome to Miles Better Wines
We are a small independent wine merchant based in Newbury Berkshire. Our catalogue is updated regularly, but if you require a particular wine which is not listed we will be happy to try and source it for you.
In order to maintain the personal touch, orders should be placed by telephone (see our Contact page). Customers are welcome to purchase by the bottle, case or mixed case and we will deliver (minimum of six bottles) free of charge in the Newbury area. A modest charge will apply to deliveries further afield. We also accept orders for regular delivery of mixed cases (your choice or ours) at a frequency of your choice (i.e. monthly, quarterly etc.).
Our objective is to offer an eclectic selection of competitively priced fine wines from top quality producers across a broad price spectrum. From time to time we may have certain wines on very limited availability and it may not be possible to supply these other than by the odd bottle. However, we hope to introduce you to wines that you may not have tried before because of their general unavailability locally. New wines will continue to be added to our list and will be highlighted in the News section from time to time. We also offer a wide range of stunning dessert wines (both white and red) and Champagne.
We look forward to hearing from customers new and old. I can promise you some old favourites plus a large number of new wines which I am confident you will find as enjoyable as I do.
