Pale, almost white in colour, this wine shows aromas of baby pea shoots, passionfruit, lemon and fresh straw on the nose, with just a hint of smokiness, which is the result of a 32 per cent new oak influence. On the palate, the wine is spicy, crisp and balanced. It has a creamy, mid-palate texture from the Semillon and also from a wild yeast ferment. It has terrific length. Mouth-wateringly delicious.
