Made from Ortega grapes. A lightly oaked, dry, full flavoured wine, fermented and matured in oak barrels in the "New World" style. The Ortega grape is a cross between Muller Thurgau and Siegerrebe and is grown in both Germany and England. It is an aromatic grape with naturally high sugar and makes a pleasantly fragrant and spicy wine.
